This is a general EULA template for RadioForge. Adjust the language to match your legal needs and the storefronts you publish on.
RadioForge is licensed, not sold. When you purchase or obtain a valid license for RadioForge, you receive a personal, non exclusive, non transferable license to install and use the software on your own computers for creating and processing audio.

You may not:
The developer retains all rights, title, and interest in RadioForge, including the code, artwork, branding, and documentation. This agreement does not transfer ownership. You own your original audio content and the output you create using RadioForge.
If you obtain RadioForge through Steam or another platform, your use of that platform is subject to its own terms and policies. Where there is a clear conflict between this EULA and the platform terms, the platform terms may control how the software is delivered and managed.
From time to time, the developer may release updates, bug fixes, or new versions. Reasonable efforts may be made to keep your license valid for these updates, but there is no guarantee that every future version will be free or compatible with all past systems.
RadioForge is provided as is, with no warranty. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for testing the software in your setup and keeping backups of your work.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption that result from using or being unable to use RadioForge. In any case, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
This license continues until terminated. If you violate the terms of this EULA, your license may be terminated, and you agree to stop using RadioForge and uninstall it from your machines.
Specify the country or state whose laws govern this agreement here. Any disputes related to this agreement will be handled under that jurisdiction, except where local law requires otherwise.
This EULA text is a starting point and does not replace legal advice. Consider having a lawyer review and adjust it, especially before publishing on major storefronts.
