Cast One More is developed and published by DevOpsGG.

We believe a fishing game should be about fishing, not collecting unnecessary information about you. Cast One More does not require you to create an account and does not intentionally collect personal information during normal gameplay.

Feedback and System Reports

Cast One More includes an optional feedback feature that allows players to report problems and provide information about how the game is running.

Nothing is transmitted simply by opening the feedback form. Information is submitted only when you choose to press Submit Feedback.

When you submit feedback, the following information may be included:

• A randomly generated report ID based on the date and time of the report
• Game version
• Operating system
• System architecture
• CPU model
• CPU core/thread information
• Amount of system memory (RAM)
• GPU model
• Video memory (VRAM)
• GPU driver information
• Screen resolution
• Display mode
• Whether the game is running on a Steam Deck
• Your selected gameplay experience rating
• Your selected performance rating
• Any comments or problem description you voluntarily enter

This information is used to identify bugs, diagnose compatibility and performance problems, and improve Cast One More.

The feedback system is not designed to collect your name, email address, Steam ID, computer username, hostname, MAC address, hardware serial numbers, installed-program list, or other direct personal identifiers.

Please do not include personal or sensitive information in the feedback text field.

Network Information

Feedback reports are transmitted over the Internet to DevOpsGG infrastructure.

Like most Internet services, infrastructure used to receive the report, including Cloudflare and the web server or services behind it, may temporarily process technical network information such as your IP address as part of delivering the request, providing security, and preventing abuse.

Your IP address is not intentionally included in the Cast One More feedback report or stored as part of the game's System Reports database record.

How Feedback Is Processed

Feedback submitted through Cast One More is transmitted securely using HTTPS to DevOpsGG's feedback service.

Reports pass through Cloudflare infrastructure and are processed by our automation system before being stored in our feedback database.

We use submitted information only for purposes such as:

• Investigating bugs
• Diagnosing crashes or compatibility problems
• Understanding hardware-related issues
• Evaluating game performance
• Improving gameplay and usability
• Preventing abuse of the feedback system

Sharing of Information

DevOpsGG does not sell feedback information or use feedback reports for advertising.

Information may be processed by service providers that provide infrastructure necessary to operate the feedback system, such as network, security, hosting, or database services.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the security and integrity of our services.

Data Retention

Feedback reports may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate problems, compare reports between game versions, improve Cast One More, and maintain development records.

Reports that are no longer useful may be deleted.

Children

Cast One More does not require players to provide personal information to play the game.

The feedback system is intended for reporting technical and gameplay issues and should not be used to submit names, addresses, contact information, or other personal information.

If we discover that personal information from a child has been submitted through the feedback system, we may delete that information.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect submitted feedback from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if Cast One More's features or data practices change.

If we begin collecting materially different information, this policy will be updated to reflect those changes.
